There is nothing more important to me than you finding the right fit that feels safe and comfortable so that shifts can indeed happen. I am a generalist meaning I can treat many and most issues effecting us . I am additionally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a speciality treatment for trauma, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and I am certified in maternal mental health.
